How do I place an order?
Step 1 – Once you have selected the an item, simply add your item(s) to the shopping cart.
Step 2 - Enter your art/imprint instructions in the “Product Option Assistant” window.  Make sure to include any special printing instructions or requirements.
Step 3 – Once you have added all of the items you are planning to purchase to your shopping cart, click the Checkout button.  Verify the details of your order.  If you need to upload any artwork, make sure to select that checkbox in the “Artwork” section.
Step 4 – Upload your artwork (making sure it is vector format).
Step 5 – Either sign into your existing Champion Promos account, or create a new account to continue.
Step 6 - Enter your billing and shipping information.
Step 7:  Review your order one final time.  If everything is correct, click the Submit button to send your order to our Customer Service Center for processing.

What are the acceptable methods of payment?
All orders must be paid in full prior to processing. Our system accepts all major credit cards for payment transaction: Visa, MC, Discover, and AMEX. Due to the limitation of most government entities or organization when it comes to credit card payment, we also accept physical checks. For payments via check be advised that production will not begin until the said document has been received and verified.

Please indicate Champion Promos as fund recipient, include your order number on the notes or memo section of the check and send it to CHAMPION PROMOS, 245 W Roosevelt Road, Building 1, Suite 5, West Chicago, IL 60185. Check payments for rush orders will not be accepted without prior transaction approval, as the process may cause delays in production.

What is your standard production time?
The estimated normal production time is 7-10 business days after order placement. This time frame is also dependent upon the size of the order and/or the complexity of the artwork or decoration process employed. If you have a target "in-hands" date, please be sure that there is enough lead time before placing an order with a normal production time frame. Delivery dates are only estimated and not guaranteed for orders with normal production time. If you pay for expedited shipping of a normal production order only the method of shipping will be guaranteed; the production time frame will remain relative to the other factors of production (order quantity, artwork quality and editing, decoration requirements, etc.).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time is the combined duration of production PLUS the shipping time*.

Do you have rush production?

We provide a Rush (production time only) service on some items. Production time does not include shipping time. Shipping time must also be added to production time in order to get an accurate delivery time frame. Production time is guaranteed on rush orders, however the delivery dates are only estimated, unless you opt for expedited shipping. When a rush order is placed with a ground shipping method, the delivery date will also be estimated and not guaranteed, as shipping companies do not offer guarantees for ground shipping. However, if you opt for expedited shipping the delivery will be guaranteed on the date that you will require. 

Custom printing entails intricate and detailed work both on the part of the artist as well as the printer, hence, to maintain a high level of quality, we recommend rush orders as a last resort. Camera-ready artwork is required for all rush orders, so as to remove unnecessary delay.

How do I send my art?

The online order form allows for the upload of artwork and/or imprint instructions during the ordering process. Simply submit your artwork along with specific notes and imprint instructions as per your decoration preferences. You also have the option to e-mail your artwork and detailed imprint instructions to  Please indicate the order number in the subject line of the E-mail.

*If we do not receive the artwork and/or imprint instructions in a timely manner your order may be subject to delays. We recommend that you submit High Resolution art files to meet production time frames. If you do not have high resolution artwork available, send us what you have and we will provide editing and retouching services to prepare your designs for production. However, be advised that retouching and editing of an artwork may cause order delay.

What file formats do you accept artwork submissions?

  • High resolution, camera-ready artwork. (300 dpi or better)
  • All required fonts must be included with your art file and/or imprint instructions.
  • Software Application Files saved in any of the following applications are acceptable
    (PC compatible format):
    Photoshop File .PSD
    Illustrator File .AI
    Vector Art File .EPS
    Other Image File Types: .TIF, .JPEG, .PNG, .BMP (these formats will require image conversion services)

How should I select imprint colors?

Imprint colors must be carefully chosen. Certain colors, combined in the form of a product and imprint color, may not provide the best setup for your custom logos and designs. For example, dark color imprints on dark colored products will make logos that are hard-to-see. In order to ensure the best visibility of a custom logo/text, we strongly recommend printing light colors onto a dark surface and dark colors onto a light surface. On the other hand, this only serves as a guideline. We will not judge your options and color match preferences nor will we be responsible for the choice of imprint color(s) selected.

How large will my logo/design be printed?

Due to the finite nature of imprint areas, Champion Promos reserves the right to resize your artwork in order to fit the indicated imprint area of the item ordered; this is regardless of size of the submitted artwork. On the other hand, logo size specifications will be followed upon the request for a particular imprint size, provided that it does not exceed the maximum imprint size of the item ordered. Imprint area sizes are available on the product details tab of each item on our website.

Do you offer FREE Shipping?

Yes, sometimes we offer free shipping on select items. Just look for the free shipping icon.

Our FREE SHIPPING covers ground shipment within US except for HI & AK. Air shipments or expedited shipments will require additional charges. 

International shipments are not included in our FREE SHIPPING PROMO.

What carriers do you use and how will my order be delivered?

All shipments leaving our factory are inspected and signed for by the carrier.  Most orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS.   We do not deliver to PO addresses.

How do I place a re-order?

Simply call our Sales Team at (844) 226-9564 and reference your previous order number. We will take care of the rest.  You can also sign into your Champion Promos account and submit a re-order request that way as well.

Do I need to pay a setup fee for a re-order?

If you order the exact same product with the exact same artwork and imprint color as your previous order, a re-order screen fee will be added to the order.  These re-order varies for different products.  Any changes made to the item or the artwork will incur a new setup fee. Are there limits to what I can print?

  • We do not accept designs with multiple custom logos and designs. In certain cases, we can allow 2 very simple logos on 1 side of the item, but that is if the imprint area can accommodate it.
  • We do not accept orders with large amounts of text and wrapping layout that goes around the product as this is problematic for production. 
  • We do not accept orders that require printing a bar scan or any type of scan logo (including QR codes) as this is problematic and could create problems with the barcode scan.

Can I print copyrighted material?

We do not take any responsibility in obtaining permission for reproduction of logos with patents, trademarks and copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, Champion Promos will not be held liable for any copyright infringement issue under any circumstance. University logos can only be accepted if you provide a license logo release form. The License logo release form must be duly signed and approved by the particular university from which the logo originates. This is to avoid any future royalty fees. This process will be handled by once your order has been placed.

Check Returns

In all cases where we have a check returned for insufficient Funds we will assess a $50.00 returned check fee.

Net 15 Terms
If you are granted payment terms, you agree that if you are late paying your invoice, a 1.5% finance charge or the maximum charge permitted by law may be assessed against all accounts with past due balances. You agree to pay all the company’s reasonable attorney’s fees and all collection agency fees incurred in the collection of any amount owed thereunder and not paid when due.

Shipping Delays
Customer agrees that it will not hold Champion Promos accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall Champion Promos be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.

Terms & Conditions

Merchandise Consistency
Please note that we encourage you to take the opportunity to review a sample of the actual product before you order in bulk quantity. It is important that you understand that these samples are representative in nature. While we are very careful about the suppliers and manufacturers we use, manufacturing variations are unavoidable and a natural result of the manufacturing process. By choosing to place and order with Champion Promos, you are agreeing to accept merchandise with reasonable manufacturing variances in product material, color and packaging. The most common example of this is apparel dye-lots.

Your submittal of an online order and/or your signature on our Order Acknowledgment is a conditional acceptance by Champion Promos of your offer to purchase our goods and your acceptance of our terms and conditions. It may contain terms that differ from or add to those contained in your purchase order, should you have one, and to the extent that this is the case, Champion Promos hereby expressly conditions its acceptance of your offer on Champion Promos’ assent to the additional or different terms. Your receipt and retention of the goods covered by this invoice shall constitute acceptance of any such additional or different terms. You and Champion Promos agree that any contract hereby entered into has been made and is to be construed to Illinois State Law.

Sales Tax

Champion Promos is required by law to collect all applicable state and local taxes for services and goods shipped to Arizona, Florida, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Ohio, and Illinois. Customers in other states may be required to remit use taxes. Please consult your tax advisor. Companies, individuals and organizations who are exempt from sales tax should provide us with a copy of their resale certificate by fax to 630-754-8060.

Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders

Once an Order Acknowledgment is approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. Champion Promos will make every effort to comply with your cancellation request. If you have already signed your Order Acknowledgment, there will be a minimum charge of $50.00 to cover order entry and preparation expenses. In addition, you are liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time that we are able to cancel your order. These charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation charges, shipping charges and restocking fees. All completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Claims, Adjustments and Returns

If you have any problems with your order please contact customer service at 844-226-9564 within 15 days of receipt. We advise opening your merchandise to review its quality if you do not intend to use it right away. After this time, we will be unable to go back to our suppliers for credit. Please have your order number available. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. If any problem arises, please call customer service immediately. If necessary, we will issue an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) and provide you with a special shipping address.

Overages and Shortages

We try to produce your order in the exact quantity ordered, but this is not always possible due to quality control efforts and fast running machines. We reserve the right to ship and subsequently bill or credit, your charge card or account, for up to 10% over or under the desired quantity.

Shipping Charges

We make every effort to accurately estimate shipping charges. From time to time, we may underestimate the shipping charges on your order. In such event we may make reasonable adjustments to your shipping charges. You always have the option to provide us with a shipping account number (a small handling charge may apply).

While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product. We reserve the right to change published prices of product offered on our site at anytime. If a published site price is incorrect on an item your have quoted or ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget.

Site Images

We make best efforts to provide clear and color-correct product images on our site that best reflect the true nature of the products. However, web site images are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail. We want to remind customers to be careful about making assumptions about products from the site image alone. We strongly urge our customers to order actual samples. If you choose not to evaluate a physical sample, we cannot be held responsible for the difference between the image as it appears on your monitor and the final product.
